The Barcelona City Council made us the request to organize the Thematic Meeting on Public Spaces, a conference held in Barcelona as part of the official acts of Habitat III, the bi-decennial meeting (1976, 1996, 2016) organized by United Nations to reinvigorate the global commitment to sustainable development, that in 2016 will take place in Quito (Ecuador), October 17-20.
With two in parallel active main venuesl, the historical building of the University and the Theological Seminary of Barcelona, the Conference consisted of a very extensive program of 2 days full of debates and conferences in different formats, with simultaneous translation service and streaming broadcasting.
